Great to meet you!

I am very open minded, transparent, and approachable. My specialty is empowering you to overcome barriers that make your ideal life seem impossible.

Thank you for taking the time to consider me as part of your wellness journey and for being bold enough to take action towards a better life. Whether you are seriously struggling or just want help to make some adjustments to improve your overall wellness, it would be an honor to walk with you as you plan and begin living your ideal life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I approach therapy from an integrative (CBT, DBT, Narrative, MI, ABA, KAT), holistic wellness, and egalitarian perspective. Each person is an expert in their own lives, I just so happen to have the privilege of meeting folks where they are currently and walking with them for a bit on their journey toward self-actualization.

What you can expect from our first session

I hope to deliver on whatever the client is wanting to take away from the session : validation, understanding, a different perspective, insight, assessment, problem solving, wellness & mindfulness tools, validation, understanding, a different perspective, or just a safe space to process. I am adaptable and love to implement person-centered , outside the box approaches
