Great to meet you!

I strive to work with you towards achieving your goals together. I provide an open, genuine, & non-judgmental approach where I tend to ask questions that explore/challenge/clarify your beliefs further, uncover the root(s) of what brought you to therapy, & assist in developing coping strategies.

My approach to therapy

I'm trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART): an evidence-based approach to trauma that is efficient & highly effective. I've worked with people from many walks of life, including combat veterans & law enforcement, that've experienced trauma/PTSD. ART helps you process through unresolved trauma(s)/grief/loss & can alleviate PTSD symptoms quickly

What you can expect from me

Finding a therapist who's a good fit is one of the most important factors in therapy. If we don't click, I'll help you find another therapist who may be a better fit for you. I genuinely enjoy working with clients towards reaching their goals and am always open to feedback as it helps me learn how to work better with you in our sessions!
