Great to meet you!

I’m a relational trauma therapist who helps individuals heal from painful experiences and create more connected, fulfilling lives. My background includes advanced training in trauma treatment, and sex therapy. I work with adults seeking to recover from trauma, improve emotional regulation, and deepen their connection to themselves and others. My goal is to help clients move from surviving to thriving—restoring balance, confidence, and trust in their own capacity to heal.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based methods. I believe healing happens in safe and supportive relationships, and I strive to create an environment where clients feel seen and understood. In our work, I integrate relational and somatic approaches, mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices to help you process past experiences, rebuild self-trust, and develop tools for ongoing growth. Some of my specialities include EMDR, Brainspotting, sandtray therapy and other experiential methods.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll begin by exploring what’s bringing you to therapy and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll take time to understand your story and answer any questions about the process. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling safe, supported, and hopeful—knowing you have a partner in your healing journey. I try to work with clients to find a pace that works for them.
