Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health therapist and founder of Juniper Wellness. My journey in mental health began with earning my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University. I further enhanced my skills through an enriching internship as a mental health therapist at the Faulk Center for Counseling in Boca Raton, Florida. This journey has provided me with a broad spectrum of therapeutic knowledge.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In my practice, I work with a broad range of difficulties and specialize in helping individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and the aftermath of trauma. I believe in the power of evidence-based treatments and primarily utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

What you can expect from our first session

My therapeutic process is collaborative and integrative, focusing on teaching sustainable skills for self-care and self-love. I am passionate about guiding my clients towards developing inner peace and emotional well-being, helping them not just to survive their challenges, but to thrive and grow through them.
