Great to meet you!
Hi, I’m Brenna. I’m a licensed therapist and a mom of two boys, and I bring both my professional training and real-life experience into the therapy room. I believe therapy should feel supportive, grounding, and honest—not intimidating or overly clinical.
I earned my graduate training in marriage and family therapy and have experience working with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, life transitions, motherhood, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. I’m especially passionate about supporting high-functioning women, parents, and those who feel like they’re “holding it all together” on the outside while feeling exhausted or disconnected on the inside.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I integrate talk therapy with mindfulness, somatic awareness, and practical tools to help clients better understand their nervous systems, set healthy boundaries, and reconnect with themselves. I aim to create a space where you feel seen, validated, and supported—while also gently challenged to grow.
Outside of therapy, I love spending time outdoors with my family and value balance, authenticity, and connection. I believe healing happens in relationship, and my goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned in your life.
