Hello, I am a LMFT, licensed in California. I have over 12 years of experience providing therapy to individuals who are facing many different life challenges. My experiences ranges from working with children and adults of all ages and working in multiple settings, including hospice care, outpatient, residential, in the field responding alongside law enforcement to mental health crises, working with first responders providing therapy, and responding to critical incidents in the workplace.

My approach to therapy

Together, with my clients I provide a personalized approach, drawing from various methods and a variety of techniques to determine what will be the most helpful for each individual given the obstacle they are facing. Approaches I frequently draw from include motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy
