Great to meet you!

Through my own life experiences, I discovered a passion for mental health care, which led me to pursue a Master's in Counseling at Saint Martin's University. I completed my internship at Community Youth Services in Olympia, Washington, where I had the opportunity to work with individuals, families, and at-risk youth.

My training focused on a social justice and trauma-informed approach to counseling, which has shaped the way I work with clients.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in a strength-based, social justice framework that centers your lived experiences and aims to create an inclusive, supportive, and empowering environment for your healing journey.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to come away from sessions with relevant homework or future goals. We will work together to craft a treatment plan that feels supportive and real.
