Great to meet you!

My training and experience include a master’s degree in counseling and over 10 years of clinical practice in both secular and Christian settings. I graduated from Liberty University in 2009 with a Bachelor in Biology. In 2013, I received a master’s in arts through Northwest University. While working on my master's, I provided counseling through a local church group for men's issues. My approach is a strong foundation in cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and family systems theories.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in evidenced based counseling practices. I am rooted in the belief that every person is a unique creation of God, with inherent value and purpose. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in the light of their faith and personal values.

What you can expect from me

Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, sexual addiction, or spiritual concerns, I am here to walk alongside you on your journey towards healing and growth. Together, we can identify your strengths, address your challenges, and develop practical strategies to overcome obstacles and achieve your goals.
