Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Brent Harrison. I became a therapist because I really care about the bigger picture. I care about how one person can have an impact on others, how the mind can impact the body, and more generally.... how making small changes can amount to a larger impact. It all starts with helping you become a more whole and integrated person. My degree and training in Holistic Psychology has giving me the skills to work with clients on many levels; mind, body, and spirit. Stress, depression, anxiety, and trauma can affect us on many levels and my holistic approach to therapy can provide lasting changes on all levels of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is centered around understanding how past experiences impact the present. Also, how we can improve functioning with conscious efforts in the present moment. Sometimes that means simply holding ourselves and our pain with more compassion. Other times that means trying on new skills.
