Great to meet you!

My view of people formed as a kid whose childhood was influenced by two cultural change points: Fred Rogers and the album “Free to Be, You and Me.” Helping people overcome the challenges of difficult emotions like guilt, shame, or any of life’s stressors, starts with reconnecting them to their inherent worth. When having painful moments, I believe seeking help both connects us to the human dignity we all share and presents the opportunity to heal and grow.

My approach to therapy

My clinical work focuses on improving the functionality of clients to live their best lives. Challenges in life can feel overwhelming and even immobilizing. I view my role as coming along side a client at a particular time on their journey, helping them identify obstacles they are encountering, and developing the skills and tools to move forward toward a rich and rewarding life.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to co-create an environment of exploration and self compassion. Allowing ourselves to move away from ways of thinking which aren't helping us thrive can open the space we need for healing, growth, and empowerment.
