Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist who believes therapy should feel human, collaborative, and supportive. I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, ADHD, relationship concerns, identity, and life transitions, with particular experience supporting LGBTQIA+ clients.

You don’t have to come to therapy knowing exactly what you need or having the right words for what you’re experiencing. We can figure that out together!

My approach to therapy

We may explore patterns, relationships, past experiences, or what’s happening in the present moment, depending on what feels most helpful.

My approach to therapy is relational at the core. I don’t believe therapy has to feel overly clinical or formal; we’ll talk casually while still doing meaningful work together.

I tailor therapy to each person, drawing from trauma-informed care, EMDR, parts work, somatic approaches, ACT, and attachment-based perspectives.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know each other and beginning to understand what brings you to therapy. There’s no pressure to tell me everything at once or know exactly what you want to work on.

We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what you hope might feel different, and what you need from therapy to feel supported. My goal is to create a space where you can settle in, ask questions, and get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.

From there, we’ll begin identifying goals and a direction for our work together.
