Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Marital/Family Therapist with 37 years of clinical experience, in helping you explore your challenges and much more. I have worked in most all clinical settings as a therapist, supervisor and Director and will bring this diverse experience to you as I listen, support, collaborate and challenge you into creating the kind of life you’re seeking. Substance use, depression, anxiety, relationships, attachment, trauma and spiritual issues from a Christ centered perspective on request.

A bit about my approach to therapy

During the course of therapy, I draw on various psychological approaches according, in part, to the problem that is being treated and his/her assessment of what will best benefit you. These approaches include, but are not limited to, behavioral, cognitive-behavioral, psycho-dynamic, existential, client-centered, system/family, developmental (adult, child, family), trauma informed, humanistic or psycho-educational. Christian based counseling is also available when requested.
