Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Breon. I have a wealth of experience supporting working—and middle-class communities. I also support culturally diverse people, young adults, aging adults, and LGBTQIA+ people. My scope of practice includes anxiety, stress, relationships, mood disorders, and trauma-related concerns.

My approach to therapy

I utilize an interpersonal approach that emphasizes our sense of connection with ourselves and each other. In sessions, I highlight unhelpful thinking patterns and emotional wounds that are barriers to finding solutions. I also focus on distinct aspects of clients' identities and how this has shaped their lived experience and distress.

What you can expect from me

Clients are the experts in their experience. This means that I prefer to collaborate with clients to define goals. I also encourage clients needing more direction to reach their goals successfully.
