Hi, I'm Bret. I got my BA in Psychology from LMU and my MA in Counseling Psychology from National University. Before becoming a therapist I worked at schools, coached basketball, and worked at Philz Coffee. I like surfing, camping and classic cars.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Down to earth. I offer psychoeducation and interventions when I think they can be helpful. Otherwise deepening insight, processing emotions and clarifying the meaning behind them.
