Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) who has been practicing for 10 years. I primarily work with adults experiencing anxiety-related concerns, including generalized anxiety, phobias, OCD, trauma and PTSD, tics, hoarding, and body dysmorphia. I also enjoy helping clients navigate a wide range of other emotional and life challenges.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful change comes from new experiences that help us learn something different about ourselves and what we're capable of. People are often more capable than they realize, even when fear or difficult life experiences have convinced them otherwise. My role is to help clients recognize their strengths, face challenges with courage, and find ways to live the life they want. I strive to be patient with my clients and encourage them to be patient with themselves, because change is often more complex than it appears on the surface.

What you can expect from me

At the start of therapy I prioritize helping you feel comfortable, understood, and at ease. As we build clarity and trust, we can shift into a more focused and active working style once that feels right for you. When therapy feels stuck, I view it as an opportunity to better understand what is getting in the way, often at a deeper level. Throughout the process, I aim to offer curiosity, guidance, and encouragement, while helping you notice and take in your growth and the changes you’re making through your efforts.
