Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated lifelong learner who discovered a passion for the helping professions through volunteer work nearly a decade ago. Through these experiences, I found my calling in supporting individuals as they navigate challenges and achieve their goals. I am deeply committed to serving my community and providing essential, high-quality support to my neighbors. I earned my Master of Social Work from Louisiana State University (LSU) and have had the privilege of working with clients across home, virtual, and clinical settings. I draw from formal training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered approaches to deliver tailored, compassionate care. I am currently serving adults 18 and up.

My approach to therapy

My practice focuses on building a strong, comfortable rapport where clients feel truly understood and safe sharing their thoughts and emotions. I create a secure environment where clients feel free to laugh and cry, and openly discuss where they are coming from. I prioritize understanding each client’s unique perspective to establish and maintain their personalized goals collaboratively, continually monitoring our progress to adjust our approach and best support their wellness journey.

What you can expect from me

As a clinical social worker, I believe it's essential to understand all the influences affecting your life. In our initial assessment, we’ll gather your background history to get a complete picture of your current situation. Then, I’ll ask directly about your therapy goals and what motivated you to start therapy. If you aren't sure about your goals, we’ll discuss the information previously shared to tailor them to your needs and ensure you feel you’re making meaningful progress.
