Great to meet you!

Hi :) My name is Brett (she/her) and I have been a therapist for over 10 years. I have advanced training in trauma, attachment, family therapy, and Early Childhood Mental Health. I also enjoy serving folks who identify as Queer, Poly and/or Kink.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My style is relaxed, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. As a Social Worker, I believe that therapy can be a tool for social justice and welcome clients who want to examine their privilege and/or who seek liberation from controlling relationships and oppressive environments, including high-control religions.

What you can expect from our first session

Common goals of my clients are to heal from trauma, to build or strengthen coping skills, and/or to explore their identities. In addition to targeted symptom reduction, client often walk away from our work with a new sense of confidence in themselves and their ability to navigate relationships.
