Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified psychiatrist providing virtual care for adults through Mindwell Associates. My goal is to offer compassionate, personalized treatment that helps people find stability, clarity, and lasting well-being.

I completed my medical degree at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harlem, NY, and my residency in psychiatry at the University of Texas Health San Antonio. I’m board-certified by both the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and the American Osteopathic Board of Neurology and Psychiatry.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults experiencing mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, ADHD, and addiction. My approach is evidence-based and individualized—I take time to understand each person’s story and collaborate on a treatment plan that fits their goals and values.

In addition to therapy and medication management, I incorporate advanced treatments such as transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) for individuals with treatment-resistant depression. My goal is to provide care that is rooted in science, guided by compassion, and focused on helping you feel and function at your best.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, my priority is to truly get to know you—your history, your experiences, and what has brought you to seek care. We’ll take time to talk about your current concerns, past treatments, and what you hope to achieve. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand not only your symptoms, but also your strengths, stressors, and how you navigate daily life. This session is a conversation, not an exam—there’s no judgment or pressure. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable sharing openly so we can begin developing a plan that reflects your unique needs and goals. By the end of our first meeting, you’ll have a clearer sense of how we’ll work together toward your mental health and well-being.
