Great to meet you!

I love what I do! Guiding people who struggle with self-image, core beliefs, relationship issues to become their best, most authentic selves is truly rewarding in itself. If you need help with depression, anxiety, or other mental health issues, and you would like to do it in a non-judgemental atmosphere, I can help.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work a lot with adults with ADD, PTSD, and relationship issues. I am a client-centered therapist. I have found that CBT and ACT therapies are often the most effective tools in improving mental health. I use these frequently to help my clients.

What you can expect from our first session

My first goal with my clients is to build rapport which fosters trust and improves open communication. This is a process, and patience is required to benefit greatly from talk therapy. My clients often become more integrated and accepting of self in these sessions. Another goal I have for my clients is to move to a more objective way of seeing self, others, and life in general.
