Join me in the journey of self-discovery, and let's find moments of joy and growth together, just get out of your own way, if not now then when?.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Drawing from a wealth of life experiences, I approach my work with clients from a place of kindness and empathy. Clients who seem to make the most progress have concerns with anxiety, childhood trauma, and sexual trauma and couples looking to get past communication barriers.

What you can expect from our first session

With extensive experience working with teens, adults, and couples, I find immense joy in helping people discover self-awareness around negativity, authenticity, and personal empowerment. Plus, my background in the entertainment industry brings a touch of humor that might even make you laugh during our sessions.

I prioritize a trauma-informed approach and use evidence-based treatment methods, welcoming individuals from all walks of life.
