Great to meet you!

I am a queer-identified counselor licensed in the state of New Mexico. I specialize in trauma work, Sex therapy, and LGBTQIA+ and women's health. I'm extremely passionate about bringing holistic mental health care to my clients, which includes taking the whole person into account. Whether it's complex trauma work, exploration of gender identity and/or sexuality, struggles with intimacy/desire, or relationship work, I bring my knowledge and expertise to meet my clients therapeutic needs & goals!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I'm very eclectic in my therapy approach, which allows me to pull from many therapy styles. I have advanced training and certifications in Couples and Sex Therapy, CBT, DBT, and EMDR. Once therapy goals are established, we'll work together to find what approach works best for you!

What you can expect from our first session

I aim to make the therapy process collaborative, always meeting you where you're at and working together to meet your goals. It's super important to me that clients feel comfortable to be themselves, be able to explore any concerns or struggles, and to create meaningful growth.
