I'm passionate about helping individuals from all walks of life, but also proudly serves those of all religions, LGBTQIA+ community at large. Questions are always welcome and I am willing to learn more in order to help a client. As a counselor, I strive for quality and compassion when it comes to serving my clients. I take a collaborative, person-centered approach to therapy and believe that the client is the expert of themselves.

I use a variety of methods including CBT, narrative therapy and person-centered, just to name a few. Not everything works for everyone, so I work with clients and see what type of therapy best suits your needs.

I hope that clients can take away a better knowledge of themselves and their needs after our sessions.
