Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical therapist in Texas with 6 years of experience and counting. I create a therapy environment that is open and free of unhealthy judgement . I know first hand how heavy shame and guilt can be and I want you to have a space to speak freely and without being censored.

My approach to therapy

I use a person-centered, strengths based, and solution focused approach ubwith every client. That just means that I take the time to get to know YOU, your skills, your limitations, and your aspirations to help guide you on a journey through self-reflection , self-actualization, and self-assurance. Let’s talk about how you can get started, we’ve got work to do!

What you can expect from me

There are qualities that we daydream about when we envision our highest selves like: peace, healing, glowing self-confidence, a healthy lifestyle, etc. The problem is- when we begin to work towards these qualities it can feel like our feet are glued to the floor. You may think: Where do I begin? What does it actually mean to “heal?” How do I begin to love/trust myself again? What version of myself do I want to be? Or How do I find the motivation to even start? Well, that’s what I’m here for!
