Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate, patient, and collaborative therapist who truly values creating a safe and nonjudgmental space. I work mainly with adults and strive to meet each client where they are emotionally and developmentally. I believe therapy should feel supportive, not intimidating, and I respect each client’s pace in the therapeutic process. Building trust and a strong therapeutic relationship is very important to me.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative and client-centered, drawing from evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy while remaining flexible to individual needs. I focus on helping clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and how they are connected. I also emphasize skill-building, emotional awareness, and coping strategies that can be used outside of sessions. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I value client input and feedback throughout treatment.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive conversation focused on getting to know them and understanding what brings them to therapy. I will ask questions about their concerns, goals, and background while ensuring they feel comfortable and heard. There is no pressure to share everything at once, and clients are encouraged to move at their own pace. Together, we will begin identifying goals and discussing how therapy can best support their needs.
