Great to meet you!

Being “the strong one” gets exhausting, doesn’t it? Always holding it together for everyone else, but never having the chance to actually process your own pain. That unspoken weight can show up as anxiety, depression, frustration—or even in the way we treat the people we love most. I am a graduate of DePaul University with 10+ years working in the mental health field. I have been providing therapy services for 6 years.

My approach to therapy

If you’re ready to unpack the trauma and experiences you’ve been carrying, I’m here to help. My style is collaborative, trauma-informed, and real—I don’t believe in cookie-cutter therapy. Instead, we’ll focus on your story, your healing, and your growth.

What you can expect from me

I specialize in working with people of color who want to build confidence, improve self-esteem, and rediscover their voice. Together, we’ll create space for you to heal, thrive, and step fully into the version of yourself you’ve always wanted to be.
