Hi, I go by Bri. I love working with all walks of life. I have worked on UT and NM. I have experience with all ages, populations & treatment areas, including Religions (FLDS, LDS), Diverse Ethnicities and Race (including not limited to Native American, Hispanic, and African American, and Treatment areas such as, Addiction, Autism, Group Therapies, Behavioral, Depression, Anxiety, and more.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is warm and welcoming but direct. I like to have an open communication style within my sessions to allow for the therapy to flow comfortably. Honesty mixed with some humor to create a comfortable environment. :)

Therapy is supposed to full of work while also taking care of yourself. I like to have a balance this, I hope to teach you how to be the best version of yourself while healing. I hope you can find peace and learn how to live your life to the fullest. :) You will learn all the different ways to cope and heal while also enjoying the time you take for yourself!
