Great to meet you!

Therapy can be a place to better understand yourself, work through challenges, and create meaningful change in your life. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, and major life changes. My goal is to provide a welcoming, supportive space where you can talk openly, explore what matters to you, and feel empowered to move forward in a way that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, open-minded, and collaborative. I believe each person brings unique experiences, strengths, and needs to therapy, so I tailor our work to you rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach. I draw from strengths-based, solution-focused, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral, and trauma-informed approaches to help you gain insight, develop practical coping skills, strengthen relationships, and work toward meaningful goals.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and begin understanding what you would like from therapy. We'll talk about what brought you in, what's been going on in your life, and the changes or goals that are most important to you. You can expect a respectful, judgment-free environment where you can share at your own pace and where we'll begin identifying a path forward together.
