Great to meet you!

Hello there! My practice provides a welcoming and affirming space for you to express ideas, explore emotions, and collaborate towards meaningful change for you.

LGBTQ+, Neurodivergent, and Culturally Inclusive.

My approach to therapy

We'll use a personalized approach to therapy- no one size fits all. Talking, of course! Creating expressive art, heck yeah! Share your favorite interests, yes please! (but let's try to stay focused, we could do that all day) Joy and laughter can also happen when addressing serious topics.

I have a deep personal interest in supporting autistic and neurodivergent individuals, and people with various learning differences, helping people embrace their unique strengths rather than trying to fit into a neurotypical mold. This could mean navigating a new diagnosis, seeking practical sensory regulation strategies, or working through daily social and executive functioning challenges, our work together will always honor your lived experience.

What you can expect from me

Therapy doesn't have to be scary! Emotional work can be warm, relaxed, and sometimes humorous, while still being helpful. We'll use an eclectic range of treatment types to help you express yourself and work through challenges together.
