Great to meet you!

Welcome! If you’ve ever used a superhero origin story to explain your anxiety, found deep comfort in cozy gaming, or felt like you’re constantly trying to navigate a world that wasn't built for your unique neurotype or identity, you’ve found the right space.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines evidence-based mindfulness practices with creative, expressive interventions. Whether we’re using mindfulness techniques to ground your nervous system during high-stress moments, drawing insights from your favorite fictional characters and narratives to unpack real-world challenges, or using playful, creative exploration to access emotions that are hard to put into words, our work is collaborative and tailored entirely to you.

I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals, geeks, gamers, creatives, and anyone navigating identity, life transitions, burn-out, or relational dynamics.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will involve getting to understand your symptoms and your goals for treatment. Our second session will involve getting to know you better. We might do one intervention in the second session and then our third session on will focus on helping you work through your problems and find appropriate solutions.
