Great to meet you!

Change is never easy. Using a psychodynamic and humanistic approach in my career, I’ve regularly experienced how transformative self-discovery and introspection can be; and I believe everyone has the innate ability to carry out change in their own lives to gain clarity and recovery through that same process.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person centered and humanistic. I like to meet clients where they are at and establish rapport based on their immediate needs and concerns.

What you can expect from me

Every human being deserves to be treated with respect, dignity, and compassion, and these are the foundations of my approach. By providing my clients with a safe, supportive environment and approaching our work together in an open, warm, and non-judgemental way, I believe everyone can achieve their immediate and long-term treatment needs and goals.
