Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience helping adolescents and adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. I also have experience working with couples and families, as well as individuals facing addiction, chronic health concerns, and other complex emotional or behavioral challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and individualized. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel understood, supported, and also appropriately challenged to recognize patterns that may be keeping them stuck. I work to create a space where clients can speak openly, develop greater insight, strengthen coping skills, and make sustainable changes in their relationships and everyday lives.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I focus on creating a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where you can share what brings you to therapy and what you hope to change. We’ll begin identifying the concerns, patterns, and stressors affecting you and work together to establish clear, realistic treatment goals. You can expect a collaborative approach that balances understanding your experiences with practical strategies you can begin applying outside of session.
