Great to meet you!

You’re not alone in feeling this way. You might be someone who thinks deeply about life and relationships, yet still feels stuck in anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism, or self-criticism. Maybe you keep ending up in the same kinds of relationships, feel disconnected from your emotions, or are wondering what you really want from your life and work. I work with thoughtful, introspective adults who are tired of understanding their patterns “in theory” but not seeing real change in how they feel or show up day to day.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, we’ll explore both your inner world and the external patterns that keep you stuck, at a pace that feels safe and respectful. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), existential therapy, and psychodynamic approaches to help you relate differently to difficult thoughts and feelings, build more emotional awareness and flexibility, and make sense of past experiences. Sessions are collaborative and reflective, blending concrete tools with space for deeper exploration.

What you can expect from me

I’m currently accepting new adult clients and would be glad to talk about whether we’re a good fit. If this resonates with you—especially if you’re someone who values nuance, reflection, and an intellectually engaged space—you can request an appointment through my Headway profile. We’ll use our first session to understand what’s feeling painful or stuck right now and begin outlining the kind of change you’d like to move toward.
