Great to meet you!

I believe we are deeply connected, and that personal growth can create meaningful change in our relationships and communities. My approach is rooted in the idea that when we better understand and care for ourselves, we are better able to show up for others.

My own life experiences have shaped how I approach challenges: with curiosity, compassion, and a focus on practical solutions that support greater well-being and fulfillment. Service to others has been a consistent part of my life. As a U.S. Army veteran, I bring years of experience in training, mentoring, and helping people develop their strengths.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of concerns. Some examples include trauma, addiction and harm reduction, gambling, problematic pornography use, depression, anxiety, identity exploration, communication difficulties, stress, and more complex mental health challenges.

Life can feel hectic, demanding, and unrelenting at times. It can also be deeply meaningful and beautiful. I believe that by caring for ourselves and one another, we can make a positive impact in our relationships, communities, and the world around us.

What you can expect from me

No one wakes up hoping to feel anxious, angry, depressed, or _______ (how are you feeling?). Whatever you may be experiencing, you do not have to navigate it alone. Together, we will identify your strengths, build on your existing resources, and work toward the goals that matter most to you.

My approach is compassionate and supportive, while also offering thoughtful challenge when it can help you grow. I will hold space for you during the moments when it feels difficult to hold it for yourself—until you are ready and able to do so again.
