Great to meet you!

I truly believe we are all connected in some way. Systemically, there are many ways to improve the way we relate to our own self, and with others. My philosophy is when I improve, everyone else around me improves. My own experiences have informed the way I approach problems and seek solutions, with the goal of being happier and performing better. Throughout my life, I’ve been in the service of others. I am a US Army Veteran and have many years experience training/development of others.

My approach to therapy

I’ve worked with individuals, couples, and families w/issues such as severe mental health disorders, trauma, addiction, depression/anxiety, identity, comm. issues, stress mgmt. The world can be hectic, demanding and unrelenting. It's also a beautiful place that we directly impact by being good stewards and positive influencers.

What you can expect from me

No one wakes up and says, “My goal for the day is to be anxious, or angry, or depressed, or _____ (fill in the blank).” I will help you find the strength and resources to achieve your goals. You’ll find that I’m gentle, challenging, and able to hold the space for you when you cannot, and until such moment that you can again.
