Great to meet you!

I view therapy as a way to deal with the unmet challenges in our lives, and it’s a chance to work through some of the most difficult issues that we struggle with. These challenges could be anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and marital difficulties, to name a few. I will guide you on a path whose goal is to help you share and be vulnerable in a nonjudgmental environment.

My approach to therapy

Brian specializes in Marriage Counseling and Couples Counseling while being level 1 trained in the Gottman Couples Therapy Method. Brian also specializes in panic disorder, anxiety disorders, depression, grief counseling, and personality disorders utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and solution focused therapy.

Brian has a Masters Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from California Southern University.
