Great to meet you!

Thank you for taking the time to invest in yourself. I’d be happy to explore if we might be a good fit for whatever brings you to therapy. A bit about me - I am a divorced father of two daughters and as long as I can remember, my sensitivity has propelled me to understand the human condition and to process what is happening inside.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Two specific therapies- Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) have fundamentally changed my approach to therapy. Combining them (IFS Informed EMDR), along with somatic techniques, can have powerful effects bringing lasting trait changes (i.e. long held ways of thinking or reacting to others). I believe that you have everything inside of you to thrive and will help explore all parts of yourself to make this reality.

What you can expect from our first session

I expect the humans I am in therapeutic relationship with to have a greater sense of themselves, increased clarity, confidence, connection and courage. Additional benefits will include increased patience, persistence and playfulness in your relationships.
