Great to meet you!

Successful therapy begins by meeting the client where they’re at. As a clinical therapist with a background in social work, I believe therapy should be client-centered with a feeling of safety and trust. I pull techniques from various well-known therapies that are unique to the client's needs, acting as a guide, partnering with the client to find the best path to success. Some may need only one or two sessions, while others more. Regardless, this is a journey that we can figure out together.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Rapport is the biggest contributor to success. This is very important to me for therapy. I try my best not to push clients when they’re not ready to move forward. I use an integrative approach and bring methods from a variety of therapies to my sessions. No two clients are alike, and all have their own paths to improvement. I want the client to feel safe and comfortable knowing that they’re not being judged as they tell their story.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to end sessions knowing that they had someone who listened and cared about their current struggles in a non-judgmental manner. Improvement is often a slow-and-steady process, rather than immediate, and will be done in a collaborate manner to best find the right path to success.
