Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), based in Florida. I got my Masters at a holistic-therapy school and I've been practicing for 7 years.

I work collaboratively with diverse populations (currently a lot of young adults) struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship challenges, mood disorders, family dynamics, and gaining insight or clarity into their next steps.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work with you on goals in a genuinely compassionate and curious stance about each of your unique challenges and obstacles. What is getting in the way of your dreams and aspirations for right now - today? I firmly believe in the power of client-therapist allance, hope, and gentle acountability. I use trauma informed care with client-centered and solution-focused approaches

What you can expect from our first session

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into what's your desired outcome? What brought you into therapy? What do you see as realistic and necessary goals to get out of therapy. Envision the outcomes you want to see and let's take it from there together.
