Great to meet you!

Hey future client! My name is Brian and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), with two offices in Wellington and Palm Beach Gardens. I have a full practice with a majority of clients being ADHD, couples therapy, and play-nature based therapy. Have you seen the movie Good Will Huntng? Yes, therapy doesn't always have to be in the same office. We can walk and talk or sit at a park sometimes -- an options for clients that need the fresh air and movement from time to time.

I work through collaboration on solution-focused goals and accountabilty from our very first session. Most of my current practice consists of mostly young adults working through my specialties in anxiety, ADHD, depression, couples therapy, help navigating addictions of all shapes and sizes, and family repair. Set up an appointment and see why I have a 4.9/5 rating from over 60 clients who reviewed me the past few years!

My approach to therapy

I will work with you on goals in a genuinely compassionate and curious stance to witness and assist in removing obstacles. What are your unique innate strengths? Whar does feeling "unstuck" look at feel like? What is getting in the way of your dreams and aspirations for right now - today? I firmly believe in the power of client-therapist allance, hope, and decreasing isolation with each of my clients. I'm certifed in trauma-informed CBT, culturally competent with a myriad of populations feeling both seen and understood based on hundreds of success stories the past 9 years

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we can skip the small talk and make the most of your time and money. Let's get specfic about your goals. What's your desired outcome next week? A month from now? A year from now? I ask you a brief moment before initial sesson to really envision the outcomes you want to see and the qualities you are realistically are calling in. We do not have a magic wand, yet you may find small but measuable changes add up quickly when you have someone who actual cares.
