Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified psychiatrist with an MD from Harvard Medical School. I completed my residency training in psychiatry at Mount Sinai and previously served on faculty at Columbia.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults seeking support for depression, anxiety, life transitions, and other mental health concerns, as well as those managing more complex or co-occurring psychiatric and substance use conditions. My background includes leadership roles in emergency psychiatry, correctional mental health, and supportive housing. I practice with a thoughtful, evidence-based approach focused on safe prescribing, clear goals, and long-term stability.

What you can expect from me

Our first meeting focuses on understanding your experiences, reviewing current and past treatments, and developing or refining a medication plan tailored to you. Follow-up visits address your response to treatment, any necessary adjustments, and practical steps that support steady progress.
