Great to meet you!

I am in drug addiction recovery and have been sober for 16 years. Started as a counselor assistant about 15 years ago, gained many years of experience working with many different clients' challenges and various cultures. I come from a non-judgmental perspective as I understand the importance of clients feeling safe in session.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work with individuals to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. My therapeutic approach involves Reality Therapy, Existential and Psychodynamic approaches.

What you can expect from our first session

Therapy isn't just about what is discussed in the session, it is about what happens in between the sessions. Together we will identify goals and the processes to achieve them!
