Great to meet you!

I help people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or tired of repeating the same patterns. My style is warm, honest, and practical, with a focus on helping you feel understood while also making real progress. Therapy with me is a place where you do not have to have everything figured out before you start. We can take the first step together.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, practical, and collaborative. I want clients to feel understood and supported, while also helping them recognize patterns that may be keeping them stuck. I do not believe therapy has to feel overly clinical or intimidating. Together, we focus on what is happening in your life now, what you want to change, and realistic steps to help you move forward.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, my main goal is to help you feel comfortable and get a better understanding of what brought you to therapy. We will talk about what has been going on, what you would like support with, and what you hope to get out of counseling. You do not need to have everything figured out before you come in. We will take it one step at a time and begin building a plan that feels manageable for you.
