Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist with more than 15 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, and personal growth. I work with people from diverse backgrounds and support clients navigating family dynamics, sexuality, cultural identity, workplace stress, attachment concerns, and major life transitions. My background includes work with addictions, men’s issues, fatherhood concerns, social anxiety, self-esteem, and other complex emotional and behavioral concerns. I’m committed to creating a compassionate, supportive environment where you can better understand your experiences, develop meaningful insight, and work toward positive change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, adaptive, collaborative, and client-centered. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Attachment-Based Therapy, the Gottman Method, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailoring our work to your needs and goals. I believe therapy should be a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and actively involved in the process. Together, we’ll explore patterns that may be affecting your relationships, emotions, and sense of self while developing practical tools for meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know one another, understand what brings you to therapy, and begin identifying what you hope to accomplish. I’ll listen carefully to your experiences and work with you to establish goals that feel meaningful and realistic. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, respected, and understood from the beginning, while leaving with a clearer sense of direction for our work together.
