Great to meet you!

Beginning as a therapist in 2001, I have had the privilege of being present with people confronting various challenges in their lives. Although I have been a generalist for much of that time, I have trained my focus more recently on Obsessive-Compulsive Disorders (OCD), Phobias, and Panic Disorder.

My approach to therapy

Providing you with a balance of mental health strategies and a safe, affirmative space to say whatever you need to say is the experience I hope to provide.

What you can expect from me

After gathering information from you about what has prompted you to seek therapy and what you would like to accomplish in the first session, we will work together to identify what factors have contributed to your difficulty and what you can do to address them effectively.
