Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed therapist with specialized training in EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS), deeply committed to helping adults heal from the root causes of anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, and relational wounds. Having witnessed how unhealed patterns can quietly shape lives, I'm passionate about creating a safe, gentle, collaborative space where resilient people like you can finally release what you've carried for too long, rebuild self-trust, and step into calm, authentic living. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and paced to your comfort—no pressure to dive deep before you're ready

My approach to therapy

I specialize in root-level healing rather than just managing symptoms. I focus on resolving trauma from childhood, relationships, or distressing events so you can move forward freely. With EMDR, we gently reprocess painful memories to ease triggers and IFS we harmonize your inner parts, helping you lead from your calm core. Clients often feel lasting shifts.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll start gently—no pressure to dive into every detail right away. This time is for us to meet, for me to hear what’s bringing you here in your own words, and for you to share what you hope to gain from therapy. We’ll review how we’ll work together (including confidentiality and practical details like session length and fees), explore your current experiences and strengths, and begin outlining a path that feels safe and meaningful to you. Most clients leave feeling truly heard, less alone, and more hopeful about the possibility of real change. It’s a collaborative beginning—no reliving trauma unless and until it feels right.
