Great to meet you!

Life is a journey. Sometimes that journey feels simple and finding our footing is easy. But at other times, the road appears dark and we find ourselves feeling anxious, confused, lonely, and struggling to know how to take the next step. Sometimes, we just need some help. As your therapist, I love that my job is to come along side of you in your journey and be a guide. Whether your facing the biggest battle of your life or wanting to climb to new heights, we can navigate the road together for a bit.

My approach to therapy

I will help you learn and develop coping skills that are necessary for reaching your goals and making desired changes in life. We will explore thoughts and feelings, practice self-reflection, improve communication skills, and you will learn to gain greater self-acceptance. I utilize a combination of collaborative and integrative therapy to aid you on your journey of self-healing, changed behaviors, and personal growth. Cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and client centered therapy are some orientations I typically integrate.

What you can expect from me

You deserve a safe space to heal & grow, to be empowered to make changes, to feel validated and given grace when things don't go as planned. We will work together to identify what your strengths are and how we can use your superpowers to the fullest! We will develop long and short term goals so that every session allows us to make strides forward.
