Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m a License Clinical Social Worker with 38 years of experience. Before private practice, i spent many years working in psychiatric emergency services, which taught me how to stay and clear thinking even when things feel chaotic. If you are feeling overwhelmed, lost or unsure where to start, you’re not alone. I’m here to help you take the next step—one conversation at a time.

My approach to therapy

My style is calm, steady, and down to earth. I am not here to judge you. In our work together, we’ll move at your pace. I use approaches like Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care and practical skill building to help manage emotions, improve communication and feel more grounded day to day.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for you to share your story. Together, we will set achievable goals, doable outcomes and work toward them at your own pace. In our sessions, you will be able to slow down, breathe and talk to someone who really listens. Let’s breakthrough to your wellness—together.
