Great to meet you!

As a mental health therapist, my passion is helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, understanding, and a focus on discovering their true potential. I have an undergraduate degree in addiction, chemical dependency, and substance use, my master's degree in professional counseling, and I am a certified clinical trauma specialist. My background and clinical experience enable me to connect with individuals from all walks of life and understand a wide range of challenges.

My approach to therapy

Over the years I have worked with diverse populations, addressing a wide range of struggles including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, attachment issues, and everyday life challenges. My approach is client centered and is designed to help people gain healthier perspective and clearer direction towards their goals. One of the most fulfilling aspects of my work is identifying a person's strengths and encouraging them to step confidently into their potential.

What you can expect from me

I take pride in designing achievable goals and objectives tailored to each individual, enabling them to see measurable progress, and fostering a sense of empowerment. I understand how frustrating it can be to leave therapy feeling unclear about what steps to take next. It is my priority to ensure that each session not only provides you with greater insight and perspective but also equips you with practical tools and strategies you can apply in your daily life to create meaningful change.
