Great to meet you!

I offer a warm, supportive, and confidential space where you can explore your experiences, better understand yourself, and move toward meaningful change. I see therapy as a collaborative process in which you are the expert on your life, and I help guide you as you navigate your challenges, clarify your goals, and reconnect with your strengths.

My work is rooted in a holistic view of well-being, recognizing the connection between mental, emotional, and physical health, as well as the influence of relationships, community, culture, and environment. I am especially mindful of how identity, life transitions, and systemic factors shape our experiences.

I specialize in working with adults, with particular experience supporting individuals from Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) and LGBTQI communities. I offer telehealth sessions with weekday evening availability to support accessibility and busy schedules.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is integrative and strengths-based. I tailor each session to the unique needs, values, and goals of the client, drawing from evidence-based and reflective practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Mindfulness-based approaches.

Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, we explore the broader context of your life, such as your relationships, cultural background, personal values, and inner strengths. Together, we work to build resilience, increase self-awareness, and develop practical tools that support growth both inside and outside of therapy.

What you can expect from me

getting to know each other. While learning about your history, we will discuss what brings you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and any concerns or questions you may have about the process.

I’ll ask gentle, thoughtful questions to understand your experiences while ensuring the pace feels comfortable for you. By the end of the session, we’ll start identifying goals and discussing how therapy can support you moving forward. My aim is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead.
