Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Brian. I am a licensed psychologist in CO and WA. I earned my masters in international disaster psychology and my doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Denver.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is deeply process-oriented, so it looks different for everyone. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic therapy while integrating aspects from ACT including mindfulness and acceptance. Fundamentally, I believe there are a few core aspects to life that we all relate to: Understanding the self, finding purpose, experiencing fully, and relationships. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, centered on you and your needs, and grounded in evidence.

What you can expect from me

Depending on your goals for treatment, and what you may feel is most helpful to you that day ultimately directs the tone of our sessions.
