Great to meet you!

Searching for a new therapist can feel overwhelming. Whether you’re exploring therapy for the first time or have previous experience, beginning this journey with someone new can be intimidating. My goal is to make this transition as smooth and comfortable as possible, and yes, even enjoyable. While therapy can be challenging, it also offers moments of profound growth and self-discovery.

My approach to therapy

Since 2007, I have been dedicated to the mental health field, working extensively in Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient programs before moving into a high school-based setting. My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Humanistic principles, with a touch of existentialism. I focus on fostering self-awareness and personal growth, empowering clients to tap into their inner strengths to overcome life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

I hope that clients walk away from our first session feeling excitement about the journey we are about to take, along with a sense of calm and confidence in how to approach their life, deal with conflicts, and achieve success by meeting their goals.
