Great to meet you!

I have been practicing for almost three years, and I have extensive history with behavioral concerns with children aged 6-18, and my passion is working with survivors of abuse of all ages!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a very client-centered and solution-focused approach the therapy: YOU are the expert on yourself and your own issues, and my job is to help educate you on all of the tools you have in your "toolkit" to improve your mental health and the quality of your life. You have the power to make the changes you need for a healthier and happier life!

What you can expect from our first session

My hope is that that clients leave sessions with helpful tips and tools to manage anxiety, depression, and dysfunction in their lives while also gaining valuable insight that can be applied no matter where they are in their therapeutic journey.
